About Me

My name is Leonardo Anselmo.
I originally studied mathematics and considered a career in data analytics, but my interest in space, electronics, and technology ultimately pulled me toward engineering. That path led me to electrical engineering, where I found the combination of hardware, software, and mathematical problem-solving that I was looking for.
Today, I work as an Electrical and Embedded Systems Engineer on Durandal’s Advanced RF Team. My work focuses on embedded and RF systems, electronics and PCB design, prototyping, testing, product development, and helping move ideas from early requirements into functional hardware.
I am especially drawn to purposeful engineering and technologies that expand what people are capable of, whether through field-deployable systems, future space technologies, or something that has not yet been imagined.
Outside of engineering, I enjoy playing and making music, astronomy, cooking, traveling, 3D printing, and building personal projects simply for the enjoyment of creating things.
