About Me

Background, hobbies, and passions.

Background

After graduating high school in southern California, I attended Hampdeny-Sydney College to study Applied Math and Math Economics. After several years working as a data analyst and academic tutor, I felt the need to pursue a more hands-on career. I returned to school and was accepted into the University of Virginia studying electrical engineering, a field where I could transform abstract ideas into tangible systems.

I want to work in a field where I can create meaningful and impactful technology; theoretically precise systems built for real-world applications. My current focus is on embedded systems, robotics, and reverse engineering. Here is where I can use my knowledge of mathematics and science to explore the intersection of hardware, software, and intelligent design.

My ultimate goal is to contribute to humanity's evolution, whether that be through autonomous systems, off-world exploration, or something entirely unimaginable as of now.

Outside of engineering, I enjoy playing and making music (piano, guitar, violin, viola), astronomy, exercise, travel, cooking, game development, 3D printing, and building my personal projects. I am always learning, always adapting, and above all, always building.

Thank you for taking the time to explore my portfolio and learn more about who I am. Please enjoy.
